🌼Sunshine and self-care with @1stphorm micro-factor multi-vitamins. Making sure that I get all the micro-nutrients and superfoods I need is a huge part of taking care of myself. 🌼 . I want to talk about self-care because it seems to be kind of a buzz word topic lately, but self care has many forms. For the most part when we talk about self care it’s all bubble baths and face masks, which is awesome! But sometimes self care is doing things you don’t feel like doing, it’s not all about indulging in the things that you love all day long. Self care is about doing what’s best for you. We don’t always feel like going outside for a workout, we don’t always feel like healthy habits are fun or what we choose for ourselves but what’s important is we can make the choice to put ourselves first. . 🌼Saying yes is self care. Saying no is self care.🌼 . 🌼Sometimes going out and being social is self care and sometimes staying in with your phone on do not disturb is. It’s all about being in tune with your true self and having the self awareness to know what you truly need, and honoring that. Happy May8 mates! 🐨🇦🇺 When I made my calendar I really wanted to do an Aussie themed pic, I’ve always wanted to do a fun and cheeky Australia themed shoot, but I haven’t felt right to acknowledge Australia Day as January 26th. January 26th is celebrated as Australia Day currently because it marks the arrival of the British on the first fleet in 1788. Because of the atrocities committed against indigenous people upon their arrival, for many people it is a day of sorrow and mourning. I personally would love to enjoy an official Australia Day where everyone can join in the fun and celebrate all the positive things about Australia. There’s so many things to be proud of, and I think when we have the courage to listen and learn from the darkness in our history, and also the problems that still exist today for marginalized Australians, it gives us all an opportunity to become even better. For the most part, Australians are progressive thinking people, just to see the joy that came from the change to make gay marriage legal, gave me hope that Australians will continue to make the right choices moving forward as a progressive nation. I’m very proud to be Australian, and I want to be proud to celebrate an Australia Day we can all be a part of! #changethedate #aussie #vegemite

In the gym with @1stphorm #optigreens50 💚 lately I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed and in trying to juggle too much I’ve been making mistakes trying to operate from a rushed place of fear rather than staying centered and looking after myself and taking my time. I read recently that lack of patience is a lack of trust, that resonated with me at the moment and reminded me how important it is to stay grounded and in control especially when things are overwhelming. Things will always work out for the best when you’re working from a headspace of abundance and openness and faith. In the meantime it’s important to stay taking care of myself physically which is why I love optigreens because it delivers all the micronutrients and superfoods I miss out on when I’m running around like a crazy chicken! Listening to @1stphorm CEO @andyfrisella podcast this morning in Vegas. I loved this episode because it’s all about the highs and lows of success. People love to flex on social media and act like life is all perfection and private jets but we all struggle with ups and downs and it’s really valuable listening to someone like Andy being candid about the reality and pressure of being a boss and being responsible for such a huge company. Getting in my #microfactor multivitamin sachet today also cause I have a feeling I’m going to have a few drinks today!
